Each user may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. We strongly advise against sharing your account password with anyone.

Account Usage Rules

Using your account to conduct any illegal activity, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or attempt to harm other users is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or collecting data using any automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly forbidden. Attempting to hack any part of the platform, spreading viruses, or attempting to breach security measures will result in legal action. 12 app reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice if evidence of a terms violation is found. In any dispute regarding a user's activity, the decision of 12 app shall be considered final.

Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions on 12 app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and local payment methods are supported. Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, as displayed on the platform. If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, we may request additional information for verification. Transactions associated with money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled and the relevant authorities will be notified.
